SIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATION

Ponto Link offers state-of-the-art equipment in simultaneous translation, comprising:

• soundproof booths with 2 workstations
• screens for interpreters, when the auditorium does not support the assembly of the booth
• interpreter stations, each consisting of 2 headsets for interpreters (earphone and microphone) and 2 lamps
• RF (radio frequency) transmitters, which operate outside the commercial dial
• multi-channel receivers with headphones

The system can be used for 2 languages (Portuguese <> English, for example), or multiple languages, with several booths interconnected by a relay system, which allows the audio translated by a booth to be heard by other booths.
