Service is a key point at Ponto Link: care is taken from the first contact with the client, up to meetings, technical visits, follow-up during the event, and all the actions necessary to achieve the expected success.

 

Installation - our team gets in direct contact with the event's production team or directly with the event location to schedule a date and time to assemble, install and test the contracted equipment. The customer receives a message with the time and date of the assembly and information about the team that will attend the event.

 

On-call – the entire team (coordinator, commercial, operational and technical) remains available 24 hours via mobile phones during the assembly, duration, and disassembly of the event.

 

 

SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

For Ponto Link, social and environmental responsibility is a core value. The concern with sustainability is present in the company's actions.

 

Through sustainable management, it promotes recycling programs and encourages employees to become multipliers. All recyclable materials, including batteries used in the equipment, are separated and sent to specialized collection sites.
